How to use PPSSPP on Andriod

1) Download

The Game castle site has a very easy platform that you can easily download from. It should be hard for anybody to be unable to download the games but in case of those who are unable please read carefully.

i. Go to the psp roms page at the top of the page. A list of available games will be listed along with their file sizes.

ii. Choose the game you are interested in and click download.

iii. It will automatically redirect you to cloud storage where you can just download the game from the click of their download button.

N.B Their will be times where you would be redirected to adfly’s advertising page. In that case just wait a few seconds and a skip now button will appear and the cloud storage page will open for you to download.

2) Extraction

In order to play psp games on your phone you may need to download the ppsspp application placed on the home page or you can just download it from your play store. It is also compulsory for you to download 7zipper which is also placed on the home page but if you have a zip or a 7z extractor app in your phone then there won’t be a need for 7zipper.

i. After you have downloaded the chosen game into your phone. Open 7zipper and go to the downloads folder in your internal storage (or the downloads in your SD card in case it was actually downloaded into your external storage.)

ii. Once you have located your game file in the download folder. Click the game file and the extracting setup will open. Click on ok and the 7zipper will extract the Iso file from the zip or 7z file.

N.B Make sure you have at least 1 GB of free space before you extract because the iso extracted from the zipped files tend to take quite a lot of space.

3) Play

You need to open the iso file with ppspp in order for the game to be played. Follow the following steps and you’ll be alright. Don’t worry you only need to do this once for every game.

i. Open ppsspp and click on games to go to the folders.

Click on home button and you will automatically be redirected to your internal storage files.

iii. Scroll and click on Downloads. A game icon will be found inside. Click on the icon and immediately your game begins.

N.B After ppsspp had open the file for the first time it will automatically store it in recent so that you can easily start playing any time.

In case of it being stored in the SD card. Continue to click on the large arrow point up until you see the folder name of your SD card appear. Click on it after you have located the SD card folder and open downloads and your game will be available to you.
